1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect and why

Enquiries. The form on the Enquiry page sends and stores nothing: in your browser it puts the details you enter into a text, which you then send yourself as a text message from your phone, or copy. From the message we receive, we use your name, phone number, dates, number of guests, the unit you chose and your message to answer you and prepare your stay. The same applies if you call us. The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Copying the text. The “Copy the text” button only puts the message on your own device's clipboard.

Picking dates on the home page. The dates you pick are not sent anywhere; when you click, they are carried in the address of the Enquiry page so the form is already filled in.

Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and to deliver the pages. Cloudflare also records anonymous visit statistics on the site (Cloudflare Web Analytics): which pages are opened, how fast they load, the browser type and the country. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no visitor profiles.

3. What we don't use

No cookies, no ads or tracking, no embedded maps or videos. Fonts are served from this site, so apart from the Cloudflare statistics above, viewing it sends no requests to Google or other third parties. Google Maps only opens when you click the link.

4. How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer you and for your stay; invoicing and guest registration data are kept as long as the law requires.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. To exercise them, call or text us on +386 41 834 919, or write to the address above. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
